Neil Cameron has launched Clan Productions. First commissions are a documentary charting the history of the relations between Britain and Iran, and an Arts and Culture magazine show for the BBC’s new Persian Television channel. |

“We’ve had a fantastic, hugely enjoyable run with award-winning films and series” said Archie. “But we’ve been pursuing slightly different interests recently and the new structures allow us a bit more agility and flexibility. I think a new challenge every few years is good for the soul.” |

| Neil added “the new companies inherit the energy, expertise, contacts and assets of Takeaway. We’ll continue to provide the bespoke personal attention to all our customers. There’ll still be collaboration between the two companies but the new structure allows more freedom and more clarity.” |
| For the time being both new companies will operate out of Takeaway Media’s former offices in Kentish Town. |
Takeaway Media will remain in business to deal with existing rights and titles, including UK Confidential, its annual co-production for BBC Radio 4 with Whistledown Productions. But it is not planning to undertake new commissions. |
| Takeaway Media contact details will still work and can continue to be used for remaining Takeaway business. But you may find it easier to change your address books: |
